Well…not that it really left, the ICONIC tennis lifestyle brand Sergio Tacchini’s relevance and DNA has bridged the worlds of sport and culture for the past 5 decades. Disrupting the typical attire of tennis gear which really only consisted of white hues, with pops of color and elevated style, was initiated by Sergio Tacchini. Taking off immediately and being admired by all, the brand eventually expanded into to other categories such as sportswear, fragrance, and even home decor. Worn by not only tennis legends like John McEnroe and Jimmy Connors but also music legends such as Jay-Z, Biggie and Nas (to name a few of course). Along with endless partnerships and collaborations, Sergio Tacchini has shown no signs of slowing down. But every now and then you gotta check yourself to keep your skin in the game and remain current. Now under new ownership, the brand has appointed fashion designer Dao-Yi Chow of Public School New York as its Global Creative Director.
